Permanent Portfolio Family of Funds retains Pacific Heights Asset Management, LLC (“Pacific Heights”) as its investment adviser. Pacific Heights is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of California.

Michael J. Cuggino
President, Secretary, and Portfolio Manager

Mr. Cuggino has served as the President and Portfolio Manager of Permanent Portfolio Family of Funds, Inc. and the Permanent Portfolio since his investment advisory firm, Pacific Heights Asset Management, LLC, began managing the Fund on May 1, 2003. Mr. Cuggino has served as a director of the Fund since 1998, its Chairman of the Board and President since 2003 and its Secretary since 2006. From 1993 through 2007, Mr. Cuggino served as the Fund’s Treasurer. Mr. Cuggino is a Certified Public Accountant and is a graduate of Bentley University.

James H. Andrews
Treasurer

James H. Andrews has served as the Treasurer of Permanent Portfolio Family of Funds since 2007 and as the Director of Finance the Fund's investment adviser - Pacific Heights since 2006.

Prior to joining the Fund, Mr. Andrews worked for Blum Capital Partners LP from 1994 to 2006 as a Manager and Senior Accountant in Investment Partnerships. In these roles, he was responsible for partnership and portfolio accounting, investment operations, performance measurement, and compliance. From 1992 to 1993, Mr. Andrews worked at Harris, Bretall, Sullivan & Smith and held various positions in finance, accounting, and investments. In prior years, Mr. Andrews also worked at Fireman’s Fund Insurance/Fund American Cos., Occidental Petroleum, and BP, plc/The Standard Oil Co. (Sohio).

Mr. Andrews received his undergraduate degrees in Economics and History from Tufts University and his MBA in Finance and Accounting from Northwestern University.

Jan Moeller
Director of Shareholder Services

Jan Moeller has served as the Director of Shareholder Services of the Fund's investment adviser - Pacific Heights since its founding in 2002. She is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and administration of the Fund’s Shareholder Services Office. Ms. Moeller also serves as a liaison to the Fund’s transfer agent, distributor, and other service providers, thereby maintaining effective working relationships with those vendors and ensuring continued shareholder satisfaction. With over twenty years of experience with the Fund, Ms. Moeller has been instrumental in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Prior to joining Permanent Portfolio Family of Funds, Ms. Moeller worked as a marketing and sales assistant for Harry Browne’s Special Reports Inc., the publishing company of the late Harry Browne’s financial newsletter. It was there Ms. Moeller first became acquainted with the Permanent Portfolio's investment philosophy.

Jordan C. Clopton
Director of Institutional Sales

Jordan C. Clopton has served as the Director of Institutional Sales of the Fund's investment adviser - Pacific Heights since 2005. He has over nine years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on retail and institutional sales and marketing.

Prior to joining Pacific Heights, Mr. Clopton was a Director of Accounts at SunStar, a media relations firm where he managed several financial services accounts and was responsible for strengthening clients' brands through intensive print and television media campaigns. Mr. Clopton began his financial services career with Morgan Stanley's Private Wealth Management Group.

Mr. Clopton is Series 7 and 66 registered. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and his MBA from The George Washington University, where he concentrated in Accounting and Finance.

Kathryn Kramer Klein
Assistant Director of Shareholder Services

Kathryn Kramer Klein has served as a Shareholder Services Representative of the Fund's investment adviser - Pacific Heights since 2006. She has ten years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Pacific Heights, Ms. Klein was a Vice President Branch Manager at TD Ameritrade (formerly TD Waterhouse) where she opened and managed the Austin, Texas office. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing associates, maintaining and acquiring customer accounts, and presenting educational investment seminars. Prior to working in the Austin branch, Ms. Klein worked for Waterhouse Securities in New Orleans, Louisiana and Dallas, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University.

Daniel B. Vayner
Institutional Sales

Daniel B. Vayner has served as part of the Institutional Sales team of the Fund’s investment adviser - Pacific Heights since 2008. Mr. Vayner is responsible for sales, marketing, and support functions for the Southeast and parts of the Midwest.

Prior to joining Pacific Heights, Mr. Vayner was a broker in the commercial real estate investment group of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, concentrating in Retail and Office properties.

Mr. Vayner is Series 7 and 63 registered. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business. Mr. Vayner is also fluent in Russian.

Patrick J. Moeller
Institutional Sales

Patrick J. Moeller has served as a part of the Institutional Sales team of the Fund's investment adviser - Pacific Heights since 2008. Mr. Moeller is responsible for sales, marketing, and support functions for the Northeast and parts of the Midwest.

Prior to joining Pacific Heights, Mr. Moeller gained valuable insight into the due diligence and sales cycle of financial products at both Citi/Smith Barney in Atlanta, GA and Citi Alternative Investments in New York City, NY.

Mr. Moeller is Series 7 and Series 63 registered. He received his undergraduate degree from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Jeannette M. Gough
Director of Administration

Jeannette M. Gough has served as the Director of Administration of Pacific Heights since 2005. Ms. Gough provides administrative and compliance support. services and has twenty years of administrative business experience, a majority of which has been in the asset management industry.

Prior to joining Pacific Heights, Ms. Gough worked in various industries, including legal, compliance, high tech, and financial services.
